How do I view the website from a listing? Click on the web site address (web link/hyperlink) in the advert or click on the logo. How do I get back to the homepage? Click on the kosherpages logo or on the link back to the homepage.

Why is my Question not on the FAQs? We can not envisage every question.  If you have a question you think should be here please suggest it using the 'contact us' page.

For Advertisers

How do I advertise? Click on the link on the front page. This takes you to the signup page.
You then input your personal details including choosing your password and username.
Once you have completed this form click on the sign up button to register as a user.
Then click on the login text on the next window this takes you through to the control panel.   This is where you can add or edit your advert/banner.

To add an advert click on create new advert, this takes you to a window where you choose the advert you wish to chose i.e. bronze, silver, gold or platinum.
Fill in all details on this page that are relevant to you – if you do not have an email address or web address do not worry as this field will not show if there is no information on it!  (If you would like one then we can help you with that as well).
Once you have completed the form tick the box, confirming that you are ready to submit the advert.
You are then taken to a screen that gives you a chance to preview the advert.

What if I am not happy with the preview of my advert? You can alter this as many times as you wish before the advert has been approved by Kosherpages.

When will my advert be visible on the site? Within 72 hours of submission.

Why does it take 72 hours before my advert is live? Because Kosherpages.com is a family friendly website, we have a responsibility to ensure that all material viewed on the site is of an appropriate nature, therefore all adverts, listings & images are checked by a member of our team for final approval.

How do I add my logo? First you must ensure that your logo is saved to an easy to locate/browse to place on your computer (e.g. my documents)

Click on the browse button in the “add an advert form” and a new window will appear where you can browse your computers hard drive.

Simply search through and locate the file (where you stored it!) e.g. mylogo.jpg and double click.

The directory address of your logo (e.g. on Windows XP c:\documents and settings\user\my documents\mylogo.jpg)

When you press the Submit button, your browser will send through the image and the website will resize your logo to fit within your advert. How do I add my text? Simply go to the description field and type in your text, you can not continue to type past the 200 characters. How do I add my banner? First you must ensure that your logo is saved to an easy to locate/browse to place on your computer (e.g. my documents), and that it is a JPEG or a GIF file at a maximum size of 468 pixels wide by 80 pixels high.

Click on the browse button in the “add a banner form” and a new window will appear where you can browse your computers hard drive.

Simply search through and locate the file (where you stored it!) e.g. mybanner.gif and double click.
